As the Managing Director of Knots Ship Management, Khushbu is closely involved in shaping the company's strategic direction and developing its capabilities across ship management and seafarer services. Under her leadership, Knots Ship Management has built its presence in the maritime sector with a focus on professional standards, regulatory compliance, operational excellence and the well-being of seafarers.
